I have a billing department that handles my bills. I noticed a charge last year and sent a request for contact to Silver Singles, but received no response.

They just billed me again. Thus far, I have been billed in 2023, 2024, and 2025 for amounts totaling 107.70. That's just what I have found so far. They operate two sites managed by a company called Sparks.

Their phone numbers are fake.

Every single one of them. I am filing fraud charges.

You cant get talk to anyone and there is no phone number They do not let you provide your feedback and this site is bad

I re-started with your company with a 30 day subscription. As of today, I have not yet actually been able to contact or chat with the clientele!

Then I got a series of messages- with blurred, unreadable text. The next step was to try a longer subscription, but I keep getting messages that say unreadable/ blurred. (6 month subscription).

I was billed by the company for autorenewal after cancelling the service over 6 months ago. It took time and effort to dispute the transaction and case is still open.

Clarify and have one button to cancel! And one sentence should be sufficient for recommendations if I am succinct and straight to the point! Sheesh!!!
