I changed my password because I do not have the past current password. The website won't let me log in as a new user or current user.
I sent a link with my email. The system knows my email address but it will not let me log in with a new password or my email that is my user name previously and currently.
I would like to become a member but if this site is jacked up and not allowing me to log in, I will join another site that is user friendly.

Verified Reviewer |Rubbish do not register, I paid had no notification and then I couldn’t access the site to change my password as I couldn’t log in. Tried to delete and unable to because it needs your password!!!
I paid the subs then couldnt get into the account and it didnt give access to other members. I tried to change my password but could change it because it needed the previous password which I couldnt use so it went around in circles!
I tried to delete my profile but could because I couldnt use give a correct password! Unbelievably stressful!
Awful! I found a phone number and tried it, it wasnt recognised!!!

I decided to use your site and I didn't have any issues right until I made payment. As soon as payment was made, after like 2 days I couldn't log into my account anymore.
This is unacceptable; this is a rip-off.
If this isn't a rip-off, then why didn't I have any issues until I made payment? I haven't even used the services I paid for; this is really bad.

Website makes cancellation impossible. Says "contact us" but provides no means of doing so. It offers a route through the website, but ends with "contact us," which seems impossible.

I am really unhappy about their service, i paid for a subscription and after less than 2 days i couldnt log into my account anymore, what kind of scam is this? why didnt i have this issue before i paid? This is really unprofessional.
This is a rip off, if it wasnt they wouldnt wait until i made payment to stop me from logging in.

Issue was never resolved or even acknowledged. Like most dating sites, it's easy to join but difficult to get any help with issues.
I would like to see some legislation addressing this "automatic renewaal " issue, as canceling a subscription and deleting one's profile and photos is so complex and difficult for the inexperienced website user. I would prefer to see an option to renew or to let the subscription lapse, with this choice to be emailed a couple weeks before a subscription ends.

I have NOT renewed my account EVER!!! I want an immediate credit from at least January (should actually be many months back!) without asking for my credit card number and confirmation button, which re-activates my subscription! Your company has my credit card number on file, therefore, I should NOT have to provide that information again!

I am trying to cancel subscription and get a refund. all you folks give me are men from out of state.
you just charged my card for 6 more months and raised me to premium, i did not ask for.
Cancel me. your phone number is NO good.
Loss of Money
I cancelled the auto-renewal for SilverSingles within their ridiculous "three-day" refund period. And since they are in a different time zone, they said I cancelled within 4 days without considering the time zone difference.
Now I am stuck with a service I don't want to use, and can't get a refund, even though I haven't used the service in months. They "fake" get you to sign up for a premium account in the first place by having fake profiles "smile" at you -and you have to log on to see who they are and come to find out it's not even a real account since the person that smiled at you doesn't respond to your message. I paid for the first 6 months, and I'm not asking for that, since I knew what I was paying for.
I just want the exorbitant price that was charged for the auto-renewal refunded, and when I reached out to "customer service", SilverSingles refused to issue a refund. I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about using this site - my advice is DON'T!

I have a billing department that handles my bills. I noticed a charge last year and sent a request for contact to Silver Singles, but received no response.
They just billed me again. Thus far, I have been billed in 2023, 2024, and 2025 for amounts totaling 107.70. That's just what I have found so far. They operate two sites managed by a company called Sparks.
Their phone numbers are fake.
Every single one of them. I am filing fraud charges.
