Canceled my account 7 days before renewal. Still charged my account.

Several customers on 'CONSUMER ALERTS' website complained about billing after cancellation. Please help consumers with this company.

I have had my account since 2023, and I recently logged back in to continue my search for a partner. Unfortunately, I discovered that my account has been blocked.

I kindly request that you review and restore my account so I can continue communicating with my matches on SilverSingles. I have been enjoying the platform and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Their verification does not work, and a popup keeps saying they will fix it. What they tell you is not the truth.

No refund 3 days after you join when the site does not even work. No interest in correcting problems on the site, just to mention a few things.

Company could contact me and resolve the issue immediately. I am going to go to my bank in dispute the amount of money Ive had to pay for a site thats not working.

I beat u the last month when u tried to sneak an illegal payment thru PayPal after I filed a complaint with u about harrassment form AnnDee from PA u ignored and charged me another month for PayPal agreed and gave me a refund for I am going to use in court when I sue u for it this time and will spread all over the *** internet costing u $1000's in lost income u stupid old learn nothing *** assholes.DO DOo

onthere has to b many choises in my area this is total *** scan total rip offly 6 choises a day ; and none in my area ' should b alot more that got nessed up but you get the point waste of time and money

I have had numerous issues with the new App being unable to connect and get the error Its not you, its us. Please try again later.

Whoever is doing the new code is doing a horrible job.

Furthermore, the new app design is very poor. It eliminated some features (e.g., ability to send a message, not just a like, ability to do specific searches).

You really dont even deserve one star.

Terrible service. The website does not work well. Paid for three months and now it switched to one month and this last week can not access anything.

I don't want to meet people from other states. I want out asap. Waste of time and money. Also, cant get in touch with customer service.

They take your money and never hear from them again.

I have sent my last email and wasted my last hour on them! I've written to the BBB, FTC, CPA describing the fraudulent charges and (especially) listed dates with proof of my contacts demanding refunds and denying the use of any data they've stolen from me. These proofs include the number of times I've filed disputes through my credit card company and all correspondence detailing these continued thefts!

Bad service no phone number to call they are idiots they do not care they cheat you they have fake people on site do not send the right people

There appears to be no consumer support, no phone number to call to talk to a live agent, I have no idea if my credit/debit card was charged?! And I would like somebody to call me or text me or email me or better yet, a telephone number.
