The reasons I am left silver singles are :
1. I cannot write my own profile, or add anything about myself.
I think their psychological profiling is quite accurate, but people want to write about themselves, in their own way.
2. The quarterly/ half yearly fee is a lot of money to ask at the outset. Also you don't know how much it will cost until you've gone through the whole setting up process, which took 10-15 minutes. Covid 19 virus means that for many people they are living in restricted financial ways at the present time.
A monthly option would be appreciated.
3. Their website makes it very difficult to contact them. You have to search the internet to find their email address.
I could not contact them via their website. Pissed Consumer also helped me to track their contact details which I greatly appreciated.
It is very frustrating to not be able to make contact via the website..
They have refunded me the quarterly charge £89.70.
I asked them to pass my comments onto a senior manager .
User's recommendation: I wasn't impressed. They are not customer friendly. I was left with a Grab your money and run.
