They updated app and one needs a password which I didnt receive. The update was done on Tuesday November 4th.

. Says there was an update, but it wont come up. I have shut my phone off and turned it back on, but that didnt help.

I didnt sign up for this ridiculous membership. I am getting 107.00 taken out of my bank account.

I want it back!!! Im having trouble getting a hold of you with your phoney phone number.

I feel like I was ripped off because I dont know how to cancel the subscription, theres no phone number to call to talk to a live person, and I have not been satisfied with anything on the website.

i signed up for Silversingles. i have not been able to get into my account without an error message.

I filled out multiple forms and never heard a response or even an emailing confirming they received it. There is no phone number to call customer service and of course I cant cancel if I cant get into my account.Beware

I have not been a member of silver singles for over a year and today they charged me $78 for a renewal that I havent had for I close my account a year ago and now theyre charging me again. I cant get them on the telephone, did you get my money back? This is a rip off

A year ago I joined and paid for Silver Senior dating site. I am Canadian woman but they only sent me US American men suggestions. Do you have any Canadian site

I changed my password because I do not have the past current password. The website won't let me log in as a new user or current user.

I sent a link with my email. The system knows my email address but it will not let me log in with a new password or my email that is my user name previously and currently.

I would like to become a member but if this site is jacked up and not allowing me to log in, I will join another site that is user friendly.

I had turned off auto-renewal, and miraculously, somehow it got turned back on again. Beware of this scam.

I created my account two days ago and i decided to make payment yesterday with an Apple Card I got yesterday so I dont understand why my account got expired for no reason

I decided to use your site and I didn't have any issues right until I made payment. As soon as payment was made, after like 2 days I couldn't log into my account anymore.

This is unacceptable; this is a rip-off.

If this isn't a rip-off, then why didn't I have any issues until I made payment? I haven't even used the services I paid for; this is really bad.

Website makes cancellation impossible. Says "contact us" but provides no means of doing so. It offers a route through the website, but ends with "contact us," which seems impossible.

I am really unhappy about their service, i paid for a subscription and after less than 2 days i couldnt log into my account anymore, what kind of scam is this? why didnt i have this issue before i paid? This is really unprofessional.

This is a rip off, if it wasnt they wouldnt wait until i made payment to stop me from logging in.
